1. Returns for Refund:

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving them for a full refund. The item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.

2. Returns for Store Credit:

If you wish to return an item(s) after the 7-day refund period, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order for store credit. The item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.

3. Exchanges for Flaws or Damages:

If you receive an item(s) with any flaws or damages caused by our error, we will gladly exchange it free of charge. Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order, providing detailed information and supporting evidence (such as photographs) of the flaw or damage. We reserve the right to determine whether the flaw or damage is on our part.

4. Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at amco.pnp@gmail.com. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please ensure the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

5. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a flaw or damage caused by our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the item(s). We cannot be held responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return process.

6. Refund or Store Credit Processing:

Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund or issue store credit within 5-10 business days of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.

For orders below $100, shipping rates will be determined based on the weight of the items in your cart and the destination address. Please allow 3-5 days for non resin products, 2-3 weeks for resin products, and 4-6 weeks for glitter resin products. For order processing before your package is handed over to the shipping carrier. During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing times may be slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This will allow you to track the progress of your package and stay updated on its estimated delivery date.
