Please allow 3-5 days for non resin products, 2-3 weeks for resin products, and 4-6 weeks for glitter resin products. For order processing before your package is handed over to the shipping carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. At AmCo’s Artistry, we strive to provide you with the highest quality handmade products. However, we understand that sometimes things may not meet your expectations, or unforeseen circumstances may arise. Therefore, we have established a comprehensive return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

 

1. Returns for Refund:

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of receiving them for a full refund. The item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.

 

2. Returns for Store Credit:

If you wish to return an item(s) after the 7-day refund period, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order for store credit. The item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.

 

3. Exchanges for Flaws or Damages:

If you receive an item(s) with any flaws or damages caused by our error, we will gladly exchange it free of charge. Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order, providing detailed information and supporting evidence (such as photographs) of the flaw or damage. We reserve the right to determine whether the flaw or damage is on our part.

 

4. Return Process:
