If you wish to return an item(s) after the 7-day refund period, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order for store credit. The item(s) must be unused, in their original condition, and accompanied by the original packaging and proof of purchase.
3. Exchanges for Flaws or Damages:
If you receive an item(s) with any flaws or damages caused by our error, we will gladly exchange it free of charge. Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order, providing detailed information and supporting evidence (such as photographs) of the flaw or damage. We reserve the right to determine whether the flaw or damage is on our part.
4. Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at amco.pnp@gmail.com. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please ensure the item(s) are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.
5. Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to a flaw or damage caused by our error.
